Seattle Home Liquidation provides consignment-based item evaluation, photography, listing, and sale services for individuals in the Greater Seattle area. We identify potentially valuable items, list them on third-party platforms (such as eBay, Facebook Marketplace, and Chairish), and remit payment to clients minus our agreed commission.

We do not guarantee specific sale prices, sale timelines, or that all items submitted will be accepted for consignment. All evaluations are provided at our sole discretion.

2. SMS Messaging Program Terms

This section describes our SMS messaging program operated under the name "Seattle Home Liquidation Notifications."

Program description: When you submit a service request through our website and opt in to SMS communications, you may receive text messages related to your request. These messages are strictly transactional and customer-care in nature.

A separate consignment agreement will be provided prior to accepting any items for sale. Commission rates, payment terms, and item handling will be described in that agreement. Submitting a web form does not create a binding consignment relationship.

We make no guarantees regarding the value, salability, or final sale price of any items. We provide honest assessments based on our experience and current market conditions, but outcomes vary.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cross-Market Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
